Our tapered spa covers feature closed cell virgin foam core insulation available in 6 different densities and thicknesses to meet your needs. Covers range from 1.0 lb. density foam with a 4 inch – 2 inch thick taper to 2.0 lb. density foam with a 6 inch – 4 inch thick taper. Every cover comes equipped with one layer of polyethelene laminate secured to the foam core using a state of the art vacuum heat sealing process, protecting your spa cover insulation against moisture. We manufacture only using the best 30 ounce marine grade vinyl on the market, 4 locking tie down straps (which meet ASTM safety standards), 2 recessed handles, skirt and a 20 gauge steel reinforced center channel to secure and reinforce the center hinge..
